Join us on Wednesday, September 2nd when our own Sarah Holland will share her research on the history of the Cobourg Garden Club.  She will be speaking about the origins of the Cobourg Garden Club, founded in February 1859. She will talk about what gardeners were growing in those early days, who was involved, and the great interest shown in attending Cobourg’s annual flower shows. She will bring us to the present with a look at some of the major projects and highlights of the Garden Club’s history, up to 2024, its 165th anniversary.
