Bob Garthson is an Agroecologist and an organic and regenerative farmer. He is a retired educator, Life Member, and former Vice President of the Ontario Secondary Teachers Federation. He has been an organizer at the local, provincial, national and international levels in a variety of contexts since 1967. His involvement with the Ecological Farmers Association of Ontario, the National Farmers Union, and St. Joseph’s Community Gardens provide him with a wealth of knowledge on understanding how to care for our soil and grow our food.
